Are you longing for a rejuvenating holiday with more meaning? Would you like to gain new tools to connect more easily to yourself? Is it time to create the balance you wish for in your life? Are you ready for a new travel adventure?
You are invited for a 4-day retreat in Sinai near Dahab, combining meditation and rest together - a holiday of a different kind designed for you to direct your attention inwards and toward yourself and to be able to relate with people in a more balanced way.
Regardless of your age, profession, or previous background this is an exclusive opportunity that will allow you to be more intimate with yourself and feel more connected to your inner world.
Sugandho and Tarla will offer 4 unique meditations a day (located right next to the sea!) and the rest of the day we will bring a meditative awareness to whatever else you choose to do with your time in the fabulous atmosphere of Sinai's sea side. Whether it is eating, walking, swimming, resting, or dancing, we will be totally present in our experiences.
Participants of the retreat are invited to join as many meditations and events as they would like throughout the weekend. The program will be flexible meaning that you can come to the as many sessions as you would like or perhaps you prefer to come to a few of the meditations and spend the other times doing something else wonderful in Sinai.
The closest airport is in Sharm El Skeihk. From there, you can take a taxi that we can help you to arrange in advance. We will organize group travel from the Taba border at the Israel-Egypt land border crossing on Wednesday morning. More information coming soon.
Tarla will also offer private Chakra Energy Readings throughout the weekend. More information coming soon.

Early Bird until Friday October 20th, 900nis or 210€.
After October 21st, 950nis or 230€.
300nis or 75€ down payment upon registration.

Hotel Cost listed in Euros & paid directly to hotel. Price includes accommodation, breakfast & dinner, taxes and water for free from dispensers.
Single occupancy: 52.50euro per night
Double occupancy: 85euro per night (42.50 per person)
Triple occupancy: 112.50euro per night (37.50 per person)
If you are coming on your own and would like to share a room with others, we will try to connect you with each other.
